• Globalization perspective and international exchanges: MAA’s office locations throughout East/Southeast Asia and active participations in national, regional and international activities provide employees with local and international perspectives of engineering technologies and trends. MAA encourages every staff to present technical papers in academic journals or participate in international seminars/conferences to not only share their own experiences, but also to improve and grow their own skills and knowledge. From 1975 to 2000, MAA has published over 400 technical papers in various local and international conferences and journals.
• Multidisciplinary engineering services: MAA services cover all major engineering disciplines including structure, geotechncial, environmental, transportation, land development, project and construction management, mechanical and electrical engineering, and architecture. Engineers at MAA come from various background with different expertise, high academic credentials, varying years of experiences. The different demographics of MAA staff creates diverse environment that stretches throughout the group.
• Diverse clients and projects: In the past three decades, MAA has served over 1200 clients. MAA has actively participated in both small and large projects for private and public clients throughout Asia. The wide variety of projects and clients are important sources of exposure and experience accumulation.
