The increase in demands for large-scale Shopping Malls and Hypermarkets as well as Parking Facilities is due to economic boom in many Asian countries. Many consumers nowadays wish to stop over only one place for various shopping purposes. The intense market competition requires the incorporation of special architectural design and multi-functional elements into the design and construction of such facilities.
